How to Play
The game of MATCHING MEMORIES contains 52 cards, 13 sets of 4 cards each. The object of the game is to obtain the most sets of 4 cards by calling for cards from other players.
Shuffle the deck and deal one card, facedown, to each player. Continue dealing in the same fashion until all players have four cards. Place the remainder of the deck facedown in the center of the table. The player on dealer's left begins by calling on any other player for a card. The caller must hold at least one of the cards called for.
If the player called upon has the desired card, the player gives it to the caller. The caller can then ask for the same card (or another card they have) from any player. The caller continues until failing to receive a desired card, at which point, the caller draws a card from the top of the deck. If the card drawn matches the last card called for, the caller's turn continues.
When the caller fails to draw the card last called for, the turn passes to the player at left.
When a player gets a complete set of 4 cards the player sets it aside. When all the cards have been gathered into sets of 4, the game ends. The player having the most sets wins.
